The Cathedral Baking Ministry

This dynamic group bakes the Prosfora, (Holy Bread) for all the Divine Services at St. George. It's led by Mrs. Karyn Hajjar and includes women of all ages and especially our young girls from the age of six years through teens and young adults.

This special ministry begins with prayer and as they go to work mixing, kneading and preparing they often play liturgical chants as a form of prayer asking almighty God to bless their ministry.
